(BRC) continues to capitalize on Northern New Jersey’s high-demand infill industrial market, closing four transactions totaling more than 47,500 square feet of warehouse space and one acre of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) in Linden and Kearny, two supply-constrained industrial submarkets.

In Linden, MIG represented CHS Development in leasing 20,000 square feet at 2500 Brunswick Avenue (Building B) to Weida Freight Systems.
