Sold and closed after 90 days pending. FYI this home suffered severe damage from a broken supply line to a toilet. FYI if you have plastic or rubber supply lines to toilets, wash machines, etc. Replace them with stainless braided lines. Make sure the connections are stainless also. Many are made with plastic ends or fittings and will fail also.
