Spent the afternoon yesterday with my Collection 7 fam for our annual award ceremony. We have so many talented agents!

You know what I think is incredible?

The fact that Niki McClain has the ability to SEE each and every agent, to recognize each persons gifts and potential. This might seem like an easy thing but when you have 40+ agents and you can describe each one of them to the point that we all knew each agent before their name was called, that my friends is a gift. Shes humble and shares all the credit with us as a collection of people but she really is the heart & we are so lucky to have her!

I don’t care what you do in life, do it with people who know you, see you and pour into you! Life is so much sweeter when you share it with good people. ❤️

Have I mentioned how much I LOVE my brokerage??

We held our annual Collection 7 client ice skating event this morning and it was a BLAST! My hands froze at some point and the photos stopped 😂 but here are the ones I did get!
