PLEASE READ:

I am currently working with a buyer and seller is FSBO. Friends there is a reason to hire and work with a real estate professional. We DO know what we are doing and guide you through the entire process. Friday night the FSBO escaped what could have been a very tragic circumstance. A man, who wouldn’t look her in the eye, drove a gray minivan (not knocking minivan drivers) told her he was here for survey inspection. He looked around outside, he went inside, and was there maybe 3 minutes.
First of all, a surveyor will take longer than 3 minutes.
Second, they are professionals and will answer your questions, look you in the eye, and should have a card on them.
THIRD- surveyors do NOT go inside the home!
After talking with title company, they contacted the survey group and their entire crew drive pickups.
Let’s all agree we like saving money, BUT if I needed a root canal on my tooth I wouldn’t be contacting my orthopedic surgeon to save me some money would I?
