What makes this one so meaningful is that my seller was actually my buyer 4 years ago. At that time, he trusted me to help him purchase a home without ever meeting me in person. Because of his military obligations, he wasn’t able to travel beforehand, and he chose this home without ever seeing it in person.

He trusted me through the entire process.

Now years later, military obligations have him relocating again… and he chose me once more to help guide him through this transition. That level of trust will never be taken lightly. 💛

Moments like this remind me that real estate is so much bigger than buying and selling homes. It’s about relationships, consistency, trust, and showing up for people through every season of life.
