To say this closing was special would be an understatement. I’ve known Cody for HIS whole life lol - his family is very special to me and my family. We grew up together - lots of core memories made and now I get to add this special moment too.
Cody was ready to start looking in 2020. If you can remember, those were some crazy times in real estate. We looked at quite a few, put some offers in on a couple, but none worked out. He decided to put a pause on the search and we did. He reached out last year, and we slowly eased into looking at different properties, worked through some ideas, wants, & needs. We ended up working with an amazing builder — received some amazing incentives, including a storm shelter, window treatments, full guttering, closing costs coverage, & more! was fantastic to work with and communication was open and easy. Same goes for Chris from Valor Bank. He is always great to work with. 📝🏦

Cindy & Michael, our journey started out a bit slow & discouraging but then what an emotional roller coaster experience we had. To put in an offer against others, get declined BUT then miraculously getting to close on it 30 days later?! What a ride!! Thank you for letting me be apart of this fun ride with you guys. When an agent receives a referral it’s a huge compliment. I can’t express enough how grateful I am of my past client for sending Ashley & Eric my way.

We had our share of showings with lots of decisions and discussions to make. They knew what they wanted but with the inventory being slim, it took some time. We sifted through all the options that were available and then adjusted with that.

Even with the market being cooler than what we were used to, we even came across some multiple offers that didn’t work out in our favor BUT there was a reason…this perfect HOME. THE home that had the space they needed, unique & wonderful in its own way, a spacious yard for the kids & dogs to run & play that had established trees for shade, extra garage space & a shed to work on future car projects, & so many more things.

Chapter 4: Done

It’s been a complete 180 of what work life looked like compared to last year. It slo…ooowed down a lot, but I took full advantage of it.

I took that time to spend with my sweet little family. I even stepped out of my comfort zone and signed myself up for an abstract art class for my birthday with . She definitely made it seem easy, and I had so much fun!

I was fortunate enough to still work while cruising right through what seemed like a really short & hot summer. is the sweetest, and I love being able to team up with her any chance I get.

I may not say this enough, but thank you, thank you to the many individuals that allowed me to help you with your RE decisions. Thank you to those that referred your family & friends. Thank you to the ones that helped when I needed a sitter for those last minute showings or answering a question bc I had a brain fart or just sweet encouraging words (in this competitive industry, it’s always nice to have a pick-me-up). Thank you to those that had a helping hand with making closings happen.

I am truly grateful for YOU, your time, & support & so does my family. 🤍🙏🏽🥰
