BUYERS:
My buyers had been looking for months, trying to find the right place to downsize and be closer to family. Nothing felt quite right… until one random afternoon, they just happened to hear about a new development. We went to check it out right away — and honestly, it couldn’t have been a more perfect fit. Sometimes the best finds happen when you least expect it!
SELLER:
My seller reached out for help selling his parent’s home. It had been on the market prior with another agent, so I knew we needed to price it right and get the home ready for the market this time around.
My seller accepted a contingent offer, & right before the deadline, the buyers received an offer on their own home — allowing them to move forward. Meanwhile, my seller worked tirelessly to make the home picture-perfect for its next owners.
In the end, he and his parent successfully sold the home and are ready for their next chapter!
