And now we can officially say: they did it.

Their home at 4904 NW 155th Street has officially sold, marking an important part of a much bigger move for my clients.

I had the privilege of helping them navigate both sides of this transition—getting their home sold and helping them purchase their new home in Guthrie. There’s a lot that has to happen to make a move like that come together, and seeing both closings now complete is such a rewarding feeling.

Selling a home can bring a whole mix of emotions. It’s the place where life has happened—where routines were built, memories were made, and so many ordinary days became part of the story. Then comes the exciting part of turning the page and making room for something new.
