Keep in mind when you buy and sell real estate there is almost always unnecessary stress caused by multiple factors at some point during the process to get closed. You always want a realtor who can guide you through the emotional roller coaster.

You know, Real Estate is hard. Seems like more and more my job is to manage both sides of a deal along with the other realtor to keep both sides engaged to the end. Sometimes either side is unreasonable or just doesn't understand the process. Even when myself and the other realtor do what we can to explain the normal flow of a transaction. Managing buyers and sellers expectations is the biggest challenge I face. But I think am prepared and pretty good at dealing with all situations.
