Our properties are in friendly communities, and can include gated communities, green belt access and extensive walking trails. Do you want some yard but no yard work? Would you like a clean, beautifully remodeled and up to date home in a quiet, secure, community? Well, if you are a good renter with a good work history Hideaway Cove Properties could be for you. We are a husband and wife team and only own a few select condo townhomes in the Edmond area. We take pride in our properties and our renters. Our homes do not feel like apartments. All offer extensive storage and attached garages; most of plenty of built ins, book cases and brick, gas fireplaces. Most have been renovated within the last 6 months to 2 years. All yard work is taken care of (no mowing). We take care of our renters and respond immediately to any concerns. In return, we are looking for good solid and honest long term renters who will appreciate and enjoy this home. We prefer no pets, but may consider small pets based on the renter. All are Edmond schools, and most all include walking trails and parks and/or immediate access to other facilities. All are in very convenient locations with access to pharmacies, restaurants and other businesses very close. See the pictures and albums for pictures of our 5 properties. Thanks for looking!
