All yard work is taken care of (no mowing). We take care of our renters and respond immediately to any concerns. In return, we are looking for good solid and honest long term renters who will appreciate and enjoy this home. We prefer no pets, but may consider small pets based on the renter. All are Edmond schools, and most all include walking trails and parks and/or immediate access to other facilities.
