Buying a home from another state is a big leap—until the right one pops up.
After spending most of their life away, this veteran is finally coming back home to Oklahoma. We hopped on a video tour for house #1 on our list, fell completely in love, and had an accepted offer in less than 48 hours.

We started working together back in April, navigated a canceled contract along the way, and rode out a few delays outside of our control. But through it all, this awesome veteran and his wife never lost sight of the goal. Today, we officially crossed the finish line—and they get to spend this weekend moving into their brand-new home!

Watching someone you love take this huge step is already the best feeling in the world, but getting to be the one to guide her through it? Absolute magic. I'm so incredibly proud of her and so grateful she trusted me to represent her.

I had two closings today, and my heart is just so full. Both of these deserve their own dedicated story time and post, so those will definitely be coming soon!
For right now, I just wanted to share a quick note about how incredibly happy I am for my clients as they close on their very first homes. 🔑🏡
I also have to express how grateful I am for my amazing closer, Brittany Campbell-Escrow Officer, who handled both of these today. One of these was a very stressful transaction, and Brittany completely took the stress out of the equation for them and made both closings genuinely fun. Having a title partner like that is everything.

I spent my birthday doing what I love most: helping a beautiful family friend's crew officially get under contract on their true forever home! There is nothing quite like the feeling of knowing a growing family is going to have all the space they need to make a lifetime of memories, run around, and plant deep roots.
Honestly, getting to guide the people I care about most through this huge milestone is the ultimate birthday present.
