50' x 80' Alliance Bldg. 18' Sidewalls, Insulated, Two 14' x 12' Overheads, One 20' x 8' Overhead (all insulated Commercial Overheads w/ 3" rails). 200 Amp Electric Service and Breaker box. Metal Halide lights. 200' Deep Water Well. 12/2 Pitch roof (Peak is over 22'). This Alliance building has a red iron structure (bolt up) with overlapping wall girts, which increases the wind rating. I'm pretty sure it has a 90MPH wind rating, which it has already survived with no damage. The tornadoes that went up I-44 about 15 years ago knocked over 3 or 4 of my trees. I think it was just straight line winds. City of Edmond did a footing inspection (designed by an Alliance Engineer). Edmond also did the electrical inspection and a bldg final inspection. Edmond inspected and approved the aggregate for the concrete approach off 15th Street. This land is zoned: 22.4.3. - G-A, General Agricultural, 5 acres minimum, P = Permitted by Right (may be subject to standards) to build a single family dwelling. You can build a house on the front 5 acres, and a house on the back 5 acres. It is tall enough to make the west 2/3 of the bldg two story and add another 2,500' upstairs. It is plumbed for a living quarters, but never built out.
