Oklahoma friends — the freezing temps are HERE ❄️ Clearly I made this video before it got frigid here in OKC.

A quick winter checklist now can save you major headaches (and $$$) later.

Here’s how to protect your home from freezing temps + burst pipes this season:

✨ Drip those faucets — especially on exterior walls. A tiny drip keeps pipes moving.

✨ Open cabinet doors under sinks to let warm air in.

✨ Disconnect outdoor hoses + cover exterior faucets.

✨ Know where your main water shutoff is (just in case!).

✨ Keep your heat at 55°+ even if you’re traveling.

✨ Check weather stripping so cold air stays out and your pipes stay cozy.

A little prep goes a long way — and your future self will thank you when everything stays thawed and flowing. 🤍

Your first home (and even your second!) doesn’t have to be your forever dream home — but it can be the stepping stone that funds that dream home one day.
When you buy smart, every move builds momentum!!

Here are 3 things to look for in your first or second home that can help you build equity for when it’s time to level up:

1️⃣ Look for homes with potential

A dated kitchen, old flooring, questionable paint colors, or a tired bathroom can actually be your best friend.
Minor or even moderate updates often have a high return on investment, and you don’t have to renovate everything at once. Little improvements over time can significantly increase your home’s value.

2️⃣ Choose a home you can comfortably stay in for a while
