Happy 29th Anniversary to my beautiful chauffeur Marissa Self Diller. It seems somehow appropriate for me to tear my achilles and be crippled up in a boot and scooter, since our marriage started with my dad officiating our wedding on a stool after breaking his ankle. 😂 So, if you’ve been on the fence about looking for a house with me, know that you get to hang out with my much better half for the foreseeable future, until I can drive again. For better or worse baby! 🫠

Marissa asked me what I wanted for Father’s Day. I said not to have an open house and just watch World Cup. After listing this one on Friday and a whirlwind of activity, I got my wish. We are under contract and the open house today is canceled! 🥳 If you need me between 2-4 pm today, you know what I’ll be doing! 😂

Discovered today that Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant isn’t open only on Wednesdays! 😂 Great service from Ivan, great food from the kitchen. Saw they have a new sign and backdrop. I need new headshots for business. Thinking about using this backdrop. What do you think?
