My subs get a text with a link. It opens in any language if they want it, shows them the pin and the access code, and lists only their tasks.
They price each line themselves, mark it done, and upload the photo.
It hits my schedule and my pay-due the second they tap it.
Nobody has ever asked me how to use it.
