Jarred holds special certification in SRES, which makes him a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Prior to real estate, Jarred worked for many years as owner of a general contracting business, which has given him unparalleled knowledge regarding homes and construction. He has a unique gift for being able to make complex ideas more easily understood, and he always makes you feel welcome to ask questions. Jarred is known for his straight-forward honesty, quick wit, as well as his ability to make you feel like family. When away from the office, you’ll likely find Jarred fishing, cruising around the lake with his family, or working on a new project.

𝑨𝒔𝒉𝒍𝒆𝒚 𝑨𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏 - Ashley is the daughter of Jim Webb and cousin of Jarred Rider. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, as well as a Master’s degrees in the field of Speech Language Pathology from Oklahoma State University. She obtained her real estate license in 2018 and quickly began working alongside both Jim and Jarred. In her first year, Ashley received the Rising Star Award for Coldwell Banker Select for being the highest earning agent during her first year (while also working full time as a Speech Language Pathologist for Edmond Public Schools). Ashley is a true people person and likes to make real estate fun. She is known for her infectious smile, eagerness to help others, as well as her caring demeanor. When away from the office, you’ll likely find Ashley attending Oklahoma State football games, playing card games on the patio, or watching the latest TV series with her husband, Barret, and furry pup, Walt.
