How do packages work here?

Most deliveries are placed directly in our package locker system for secure pickup. You’ll receive a notification with access instructions via Smarthub or email as soon as it’s ready!

If a carrier cannot deliver to the locker, they may attempt to deliver to the office. Please note — the office is unable to accept packages or mail on behalf of residents.

We always recommend:

✔ Make sure your name matches your lease
✔ Include your full apartment number
✔ Monitor tracking for delivery updates
