PROBLEMS? Sure! But there are usually reasonable SOLUTIONS to be found!🔥 Read this Post then take a brief minute to watch the Video below! 🔥I got a call yesterday afternoon from a young woman who I will refer to by her initials, L.K. Her story is one I hear WAY too often, usually at least 3 or more times a week. Her purpose when she called was that she needs to find a "rent to own" house (which is hardly ever a good decision) to move into next month! She is a little over 40 and she is very troubled that she does not currently own her own home yet, and especially distraught that she is living in a rent house paying over $1,600 a month for what she described as a "shack with problems". She complained about a lot of things until she finally offered this gem up, which I promptly latched onto. Her words were that there are 4 working adults in the home making in excess of $130,000 and they desparately need to get out of their rent house and buy a home for their "future". She told me that they just need someone to "help" them find a way to buy a home.

About 35 minutes later I had answered all her questions and laid out a "HomeOwnership Game Plan" that they can use to become homeowners within the next 9 to 12 months. Their credit will be where it needs to be by that time and they will also have the $4,000 to $5,000 that they need to complete the purchase.

Quite frankly, it's a fairly simple plan that will work if they take it seriously and they really make a commitment to their "Plan".

If you are struggling to become a homeowner it is not anything to be embarrassed about, or ashamed of. You just need someone to support and guide you, which I like to describe as "walking side by side and hand in hand."
