We just want to take a moment to celebrate the long overdue grand opening of Portland Place. Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency - OHFA congratulates Express Group of Companies as they cut the ribbon on the 180-unit Portland Place Apartments today.

OHFA Board of Trustees chairman Mike Buhl joined members of the housing development staff in the celebration. OHFA provided Multifamily Bonds, Affordable Housing Tax Credits, and National Housing Trust Funds to make development possible.
