Covid-19 Update: Happy to say that our staff has been fully vaccinated. We will continue to follow all city mask mandates and take precautions out of an abundance of caution. We stayed active through the past year and look forward to continuing service to all of our clients.

Pleased to introduce our employee of the month: Ozzy. He comes to us from eastern Oklahoma with excellent qualifications. During the pandemic, his services have been invaluable. These skills include snuggles, silliness and general joy. If you don't have one like this on staff, we highly recommend you "hire" one.

During this time of COVID-19 precautions, please note that Fidelity Appraisal is taking necessary actions to protect their employees from the virus. This includes wearing gloves and face masks, and if requested, surgical booties. Upon arrival, they will ask that all of the lights in the rooms be 'turned on' and all of the doors to those rooms be opened to minimize unnecessary contact.

Our staff's health is being monitored closely, including temperatures. If anyone in your household is running a fever or presents with COVID-19 symptoms the day of your scheduled appointment, please notify Fidelity Appraisal immediately and your appointment will be rescheduled.
