Before cooler Oklahoma weather arrives, put these on your list:

✔️ Check weather stripping around doors and windows
✔️ Change your HVAC filter
✔️ Clean gutters and check drainage
✔️ Look for exterior caulking that needs attention
✔️ Check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
✔️ Schedule seasonal HVAC maintenance if needed
✔️ Take a quick look at your roof after our Oklahoma weather has done its thing 😅

None of this is particularly exciting.

But neither is discovering a preventable problem after it becomes an EXPENSIVE problem. 😂
