Snohomish County Market Update: what's the data saying? In June, the Median home price was $800,000. In July, $825,000. August? $784,725. Median price dropped about $40,000 in one month. The Average price? Followed a similar up then down pattern and finished in August at $887,627, down almost $33,000 from July's Average of $920,183.
