Looking for things to do in October across Edmonds? I've got the entire month covered for you. 📍

I pulled the best of it into one place so you don't have to hunt it all down yourself.

Save this for when you need a plan, and send it to the person you're making October plans with.

And if you want even more ideas for the season, I've got a much bigger list ready for you.

Comment EDMONDS and I'll send you my free 2026 Edmonds Fall Guide with local events, seasonal favorites, and things worth adding to your calendar.

Selling a home in Edmonds (and beyond) is a lot more than taking good photos and putting it on the MLS. 🏡

Good marketing pulls a lot of things together at once.

It’s knowing what buyers in the area are looking for, understanding which features deserve the spotlight, having a strong network of agents and local connections to get the word out, and using social media to show the home in a way that feels bigger than a listing page.

That’s where the strategy comes in.

A buyer might first notice the home because of the kitchen, the yard, the location, the view, or even one small detail that makes them stop scrolling.

My job is to know what those details are, how to highlight them, and how to keep building interest around the home once it hits the market.

That’s what marketing a home should feel like to me: thoughtful, intentional, and designed to get the right eyes on it.

If you’re thinking about selling in Edmonds or the surrounding areas, send me a message. I’d be happy to walk you through how I’d approach marketing your home.

Just listed in Kirkland! 🏡

I’m really excited about this one. It’s 5 bedrooms, 3,080 sq ft, and there is SO much space. Multiple living areas, a bonus room, a gym/office, and a whole lower level with its own entrance and tons of possibilities.

And the location is hard to beat—right in Kingsgate and just minutes from Totem Lake.

JUST SOLD 🎉 in Renton

A huge thank you to my sellers for trusting me with the sale of your home. It was an absolute honor to work with you! ❤️

We gave this home the full glow-up: pre-inspected, staged, deep cleaned, landscaped, and professionally marketed with photography, drone, videography, Instagram + YouTube.

Because presentation + price + marketing matter. ✨

And yes, I know… I’m not supposed to post a “Just Sold” because apparently the algorithm hates them.

So let’s prove Instagram wrong. 😉

After 20 years in real estate, one thing I know for sure: context matters.

What works beautifully in one situation can be the exact wrong move in another. That’s why I’ll always choose a thoughtful strategy over a blanket rule.

Swipe for a few real estate hot takes you’ll never convince me are wrong.

My Greenlake listing 🤝 its happy new owner

This one went pending in 5 days with 2 offers.

And it wasn’t by accident.

The strategy started before we ever hit “publish” positioning the home to stand out, creating the right first impression, pricing strategically, and getting it in front of the right buyers.

The goal wasn’t just to get attention. It was to create competition.

Wondering if it’s the right time to sell in the Seattle area?
