Let’s keep it real.

I love the “listed Friday, multiple offers by Monday” stories. I do too. 😉 But that isn’t today's reality.

This home was on the market for 63 days. We had showings, weekly open houses, constant marketing, conversations with buyers and agents, a price adjustment… and for a while, no offers.

So we kept going.

Because selling a home is about staying the course, continuing to create exposure, and being ready when the right buyer finally comes along.

And that’s exactly what happened here. 🤍

5 days or 63 days — getting to the finish line is still a win.

What do I love about real estate?

Honestly, it’s probably not what you’d expect.

I don’t love it because of the houses. I love the strategy, the problem-solving, the negotiations, and figuring out what needs to happen when there isn’t an obvious answer.

But more than anything, I love the people.

I love being the calm voice when a deal gets stressful. I love the moment a buyer finally exhales because they know they found the right home. I love helping a seller navigate a decision that feels much bigger than just selling a house.

And I never take lightly the trust that comes with being involved in one of the biggest financial decisions someone will make.

Every client is different. Every house is different. Every transaction has its own story. And that’s what keeps this job interesting after all these years.

So yes, I love real estate.

But what I really love is getting to do it with people and being someone they know they can count on along the way.

A little Europe photo dump because I’m still not quite ready to be done with this trip. ❤️

Barcelona → Mallorca → London

Two weeks of exploring, eating way too much good food, walking approximately a million miles, and making some really good memories with my favorite people.

It was an amazing trip, but I have to admit… it feels pretty good to be home too.

Back to reality today. I’ve got listings to sell, a new one coming this week, and a very full inbox waiting for me. 😂

After helping buyers in Edmonds for nearly two decades, I can tell you this:

The clients who end up happiest usually do three things:

✔️ They trust the plan. My quote to all my buyers is "don't force it" once you start forcing a home to work it's just not the one. Trust the plan the right home will come along.
✔️ They tell me the truth — the budget, the worries, and the “I know this sounds silly, but…” thoughts.
✔️ They let me carry the hard parts so they don’t have to white-knuckle the process alone.

Buying a home is a big decision. My goal is always the same: to help you move with more clarity, less second-guessing, and a lot more confidence.

Some homes require more than just setting up an alert.

This community rarely has condos come on the market, but through my network, I found out one was likely coming before it was listed. That gave my buyers time to get prepared so we could move quickly when the opportunity came.

When it finally hit the market, there were multiple offers… and my buyers got the home. 🙌

Real estate is about so much more than what’s already online. Sometimes the biggest advantage is having someone who’s connected, prepared, and ready to act when the right opportunity comes along.
