Every time she hangs up from talking with Kyler, our property manager, she tells me how pleased she is and feels blessed that we have them. When I asked her to give me some details, here is what she said: Excellent interactions at all levels, no matter who I talk with; great communication, even regarding service calls, etc.; all information we need is clearly stated and we are encouraged to call with any questions or concerns; response time to emails is excellent--they stay on top of everything; they have tools available to help smooth the moving process; and they are all friendly, accommodating, and professional.
