The Beginning: Emily Goodrich founded a boutique real estate company in 2014, which was known as duoRealty Group. What started as a dream come true soon took on a life of its own. As the company grew so did the relationships and connections with each client. It became clear that these connections were the collective priority of everyone in the company. With that, an incredible community was built

and lifelong relationships established. With a leap of faith, the company was relaunched in January 2021; Four Elements Realty & Co was introduced. The Inspiration: The company’s name comes from the inspiration from the four elements Fire, Earth, Air and Water — all of which are required in nature for creation and the sustainability of anything new. The aim for the company’s direction is to capture and honor the essence of these four elements. Fire’s passion and refinement ability. Earth’s grounding stability and the structure it provides. Air’s magical ability to be unseen yet felt. Water’s reliability to renew, redirect and replenish. In addition, each of these elements represents a direction. When brought together, they form a compass, providing direction and guidance; which felt like the perfect embodiment of where the company was as a whole and as a group of women. The Future: The company’s mission is to help you find the perfect home and create the life you want to live in it. This will continue to be the compass directing everyone within the company, while their priority remains the connections made with clients and the community they are a proud to be a part of.
