Time for a :51 second breather, leaving all the clutter and chaos behind as we enjoy the autumn colours around St. Aloysius Catholic Church on the Gonzaga University campus.

Built between 1909 and 1911 in the Romanesque style by Preusse & Zittel, featuring 164-foot twin steeples, a 1928 Kilgen pipe organ, Italian marble altars, and Franz Mayer stained-glass windows.

Tomorrow night’s Throwback Thursday brings Lost Boys back to Edmonds, perfectly timed for Halloween, and I just want to say how much I appreciate everyone who already grabbed their tickets. You sold this one out fast.

Next Thursday (15th), the vampires swoop back into Edmonds with Lost Boys on the big screen, and tickets are vanishing fast!

Doors open at 7pm, so come downtown early, grab dinner, and make it a night.

October also brings a chance to give back: the Realtors of Snohomish County (of which our Windermere Alderwood office is part of) are running a massive food drive, so bring a can (or two) to donate and be part of the story.

Nostalgia, community, and a little vampire mischief; don’t miss it.

Building a reputation as a solid Listing Broker has been its own adventure: the details, the prep, the polish that get a home ready for market.

But every so often, the script flips and I step in as a Buying Broker.

Last week was one of those times: we closed on a magnificent 5‑acre property northeast of Snohomish.

To say this amazing family will grow in this house is an understatement. Huge home, incredible grounds: two stables, and what looks like a helipad right in front of the door. I mean, what else could a family ask for?

We’re thrilled for them as they step into the next stage of their journey

I am excited to have just closed on a fab house in Bothell, where I was fortunate enough to be a dual agent.
