I appraise residential, farm and commercial properties, almost exclusively for banks. Central Kentucky Appraisals opened in 1983, as Estes & Associates. The company went full time in September, 1990, assuming the name Central Kentucky Appraisals.

As we put the wraps on another year, the diversification of our product allowed us to perform appraisals in 14 Kentucky counties, from Daviess County in the West, to Russell County in the East, with the greatest number of appraisals in Barren, Hart and Green.
