She is a state board member of the Independent Cattlemen's Association of Texas, board member of the Edna Education Foundation and a member of the St. Agnes Catholic Church. In 2015, Governor Greg Abbott selected Bradford to serve a six year term as a public member on the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists. She is a past board member of the Texana Arts Council, past member of the Edna Rotary Club, past President and Vice President of the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce. She is a volunteer with Helping Hands of Jackson County and member of both the Texas Community Futures Forum Group and Jackson County 100 Club. In 2015, she was named Jackson County Rancher of the Year and Lee Ranch was named Conservation Rancher of the Year by the Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation District. Lee received a Bachelor of Science in political science from The University of Texas at Austin.
