Happy Closing Day to my Sellers, Bre & Justin! Six years ago I helped Bre buy this cute little white ranch and her first home 🏡 Since then she’s gotten married and adopted three large dogs 🐶 it was time for the next chapter.
With the help of a bridge loan orchestrated by Kelli Everett and a home inspection by Mason Helms we closed on their new home in March!..and closed the circle by selling her first home today.

This transaction was a tough one. We went from zero repairs needed to 💨 Mother Nature taking out the roof one week before closing! 😱 I kept everyone calm and worked my 🪄 magic and we got a new roof put on and closed this 🏡 house just one week later! 🍾 Congratulations to my Sellers, Tyler & Tiffany! We got there, guys!
