Eagle River Water and Sanitation District just approved a water allocation for the site, one of the last steps before construction can start on the seven-story, 85,341-square-foot luxury building at 500 & 534 E. Lionshead Circle — right across from the parking structure. Plans also include a 159-space underground garage and a heated walkway wrapping the building. Construction permit expected in the coming weeks!
