She has made real sacrifices for her work family, always putting the team and our clients first. Her dedication has not only strengthened our operations — it has strengthened our culture.

She is the glue that holds this team together and my right hand in every sense of the word. Fireside would not be what it is today without her leadership, consistency, and quiet strength behind the scenes.

Temperatures remain warm today with increasingly breezy southwesterly winds. Areas along the northern and central Colorado Divide mountains are under a Red Flag Warning today for low humidity and winds gusting up to 25 mph. A few storms will develop over the San Juans again this afternoon producing gusty winds and lightning.

Increasing moisture through the end of the week will bring an increased risk of dry thunderstorms on Thursday and Friday.
