Vail Valley neighborhoods where home values grew the most year over year.

If you’ve been following the Vail Valley real estate market, you’ve probably felt the changes. But the numbers tell an interesting story.

Based on median sales price increases for sold single-family homes, these communities stood out:

• Edwards: up 118%
• Beaver Creek: up 71%
• Brush Creek Valley: up 70%
• Cordillera Divide: up 29%
• Homestead: up 21%

These are median numbers, so they don’t tell the whole story, but they give us a helpful look at where values moved the most from one year to the next.

I’m thrilled to have represented the seller in the sale of Residence 205, one of the community’s most spacious 3-bedroom residences and originally selected as the developer’s model unit.

Beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed, this residence offered the best of modern mountain living with easy access to Nottingham Park, the Westin gondola, and everything Avon has to offer.
