A new year always brings reflection—and intention.

One thing I’m proud of is how deeply I’m involved with my clients beyond the transaction. While many agents focus on the basics, my approach is hands-on and relationship-driven.

My business is built on more than opening doors. Behind the scenes, I’m renovating homes, coordinating trades, evaluating finishes, and solving real-world problems that homeowners face every day. That experience matters—because at some point, every home needs advice, insight, or a second opinion.

Replacing windows is a significant decision that affects both your finances and your home's curb appeal. In the case of historic homes, new windows do not necessarily translate to better performance. In fact, the National Park Service references a study demonstrating that original wood windows with a storm sash outperform modern vinyl windows. Consider this example house, with its original windows and then post remodeling.
