This Buyer came to me as a referral from IL. She is one tough lady- she’s federal employee and a published author. She had 1 request: a home where every room was easily accessible for her special needs son. Every home we toured she had one thing in mind, “How will this work for David”.

I was emotionally invested in this purchase more so than most, and let me tell you, I’m HEAVILY invested in all of them. I knew she didn’t have the time, nor the space in her heart, to have multiple offers rejected due to this unbalanced market.

We formulated a good strategy AND IT PAID OFF! We secured the FIRST home she fell in love with!

A 30 day close, we negotiated to have FULL inspections performed AND it appraised for OVER what she paid- (yes, you read that correctly), she walked in with instant EQUITY.
