🤝 Excited to Introduce Hayden Geisler!

Land Resource Group is proud to welcome Hayden Geisler to our growing team!

Hayden brings something truly unique to land real estate - a lifelong connection to agriculture backed by more than a decade of professional auctioneering experience. Raised in rural Illinois among row crop farms and livestock operations, he understands agricultural assets from the inside out.

A 2012 graduate of Missouri Auction School, Hayden has conducted auctions across a wide range of asset classes - farm equipment, livestock, personal property, antiques, and more. He currently serves as Vice President of the Illinois Auctioneer Association, a reflection of the trust and relationships he has built throughout his career. In 2025, Hayden added his Illinois real estate license, making him especially well-positioned to help clients explore the auction method of sale for land transactions.

When he's not working with clients, Hayden is farming row crops near Brighton, raising registered Red Angus cattle that compete nationally, and working at a John Deere dealership in Jerseyville. He resides in Brighton with his wife, Kaci, and their two daughters, Everley and Ada.

Hayden's hands-on experience, deep community ties, and passion for agriculture make him a tremendous asset to our clients and our team. We're thrilled to have him on board!

Land Resource Group is thrilled to announce that Brittany Williams has now joined our team as a Land Specialist and Licensed Real Estate Broker!

Brittany brings a rare combination of agricultural economics and environmental science to everything she does. With a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois and a Master's in Environmental Science, she looks at farmland from every angle — production potential, conservation value, and long-term investment opportunity.

Before joining our team, Brittany spent several years working with federal farm programs and government contracts, giving her firsthand understanding of the policies, financing structures, and conservation programs that shape farmland ownership. That real-world experience means she can help clients connect the dots between regulation, opportunity, and value.

Brittany and her husband are raising their two young daughters in the Troy, Illinois area, where her roots in agriculture and the surrounding community run deep.

Whether you're buying, selling, or simply exploring what your land is worth, Brittany is ready to help you navigate the process with clarity and confidence.
