Brenda Holshouser - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices

Brenda Holshouser - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices I assist buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals in real estate. Personal attention with quick contact turn-around time. I am a follow-through person.

I enjoy my position in life as a realtor. Whether I am helping a seller to stage their home or a buyer to find a home...I am doing what I love. I work through every transaction beside my clients. It is not just "THEM" selling or purchasing a home....it is "US". I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1982 and have experienced many different markets in that time frame. Working with both buyers and sellers of all price ranges and backgrounds, I have found this current market to be the most challenging for my clients. Knowing the pulse of this market, I assure you that I can help to make a positive difference in the purchase or sale of your home. In my personal life, I enjoy volunteering in ministries at Metro Community Church in my hometown. We are a church that is touching all areas of our community. I'm blessed to be a part of that. I am a family person. I have 5 grown children and 4 grandchildren. If I can help anyone in any way, personally or professionally, it is my pleasure! I would appreciate the opportunity to present the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services proven marketing and purchasing plans. Please call me at (618) 789-2742 or E-mail me at [email protected]. Thank you so much.
