We're hiring!

Enix Group Property Management is looking for a Licensed Leasing Agent in the St. Louis area. In this role, you’ll help prospective residents find the right home while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and Section 8 guidelines. You’ll manage tenant placements, build strong relationships, help drive occupancy and support a positive community.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting prospective tenants, giving property tours, and answering questions professionally
- Following all LIHTC, Section 8, Fair Housing, and landlord-tenant regulations
- Scheduling showings, following up with prospects, and promoting available units and amenities
- Collaborating with supervisor and maintenance to ensure units are move-in ready and address concerns quickly.
- Assisting with marketing efforts using AppFolio and outreach to attract tenants

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Missouri Property Management or Real Estate License
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to Commute between multiple Missouri properties and Illinois-based office
- Experience in leasing or property management/customer service
- Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, Fair Housing, and landlord-tenant laws
- Familiar with AppFolio software
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
