Every REALTOR is going to ask you to sign a written buyers agreement. Whether they are showing you one property or 50+ properties. This is required and we are legally obligated to have these contracts. We cannot open a home for you without this.
There are different buyers agreements that can be signed.

One Time Showing Agreement

The only time you can see a home without a contract being signed is at an open house.
