•Rent is $480 per month and includes water, sewer, and garbage pickup.
•$480 damage deposit and $10 deposit per set of keys.
•Six month lease, which continues as a month-by-month lease afterwards.
•No Pets
•No Smoking in Apartment
•Coin operated washer and dryer available on-site for residents only.
•No Small children in upstairs apartments due to noise issues for downstairs tenants.
