Labor Day was great. We had a cookout and the kids made smores. My Danish exchange student and the Chinese exchange student I think had a good time.

The kids are trying to get on a school schedule of getting up. It is that time of year again. For me it is time to start planting winter crops in the garden.

Well my little Japanese girl has left. What a super gift she gave me just by her being here. I will truly miss her. Now is a full school year with a danish young lady. She is also super.

The 4-H fair will be ending today but the fall festival is fast approaching. My young Japanese exchange student is having a terrific time here. I will miss her when she goes back

Our very young exchange student is really fantastic. I should have done this years ago. My wife is especially fond of her. We are already looking into next year.
