It's with great happiness AND sadness that we announce the retirement of our Egg Harbor Branch – Senior Property Manager, Debra Lafferty.

Deb began her journey with EHT in 2007, quickly establishing herself as a highly respected and effective property manager, leasing agent and Realtor. Over the years, her strategic approach, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to both clients and colleagues have set a high standard in our industry. Deb’s most recent accomplishment is coaching her replacement, Danielle Caldwell, who has stepped into the Property Manager role at an extremely high level.

Beyond her professional achievements, Deb's warmth and kindness have left an indelible mark on everyone she has worked with. Her ability to balance her demanding career while being a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother is nothing short of inspirational.

As she steps into this new chapter of life, Deb looks forward to spending more quality time with her beloved husband, four children, and eight grandchildren, who reside in Florida and Virginia. We know that her family will cherish the extra moments and shared experiences that this new phase will bring.

Deb’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable, and we are honored to have been a part of it. Here's to a future filled with new adventures.
