📍 Door County business owners — what could you do with an extra 1,350 sq. ft. of flexible space?

Whether you're running a growing company, managing inventory, or need a place to build, store, or operate more efficiently — space constraints shouldn’t slow you down.

If you had your own 1,350 sq. ft. storage condo, what would you use it for first?

Some ideas:
📦 Inventory storage + fulfillment space
🛠️ Workshop or fabrication area
🚐 Equipment + fleet storage
🖥️ Small business office or hybrid workspace
🏬 Product showroom or client meeting space
📊 Light industrial / operations hub

We’re curious — what would *your business* do with more room to grow?
