My daughter went to her last homecoming with a group. Since they didn’t have “dates”, I offered to make corsages for the girls. How hard could it be? OMG it’s A LOT harder than it looks. Now I know why they cost so much. Came out pretty decent though.

In other news: I also replaced the timing belt on my son’s car…so yea💪🏻 Much easier than it sounds.

I don’t have any listings but apparently I’m having an open house today! Wish I knew where and when. Someone is using one of my very old signs to promote their open house. Can’t think of any good reason why anyone would want to do that. Maybe they want to sell the house quickly and for more!🤣 Hopefully I’ll get a commission check.🤔

Since Reali is a sponsor of the LPGA tournament here at Aviara, I got to play in the pro-am today with Jenny Shin and Yealimi Noh along with a couple guests. Turned out as well as you would expect a pairing of world class golfers and a couple real estate brokers🤣. It took us a few holes to shake off the nerves and get past the shock and awe, but we did manage a respectable 5th place finish. Getting to play the same shots as these talented ladies was such a great experience yet so humbling. They got 4 more big fans today. Amazing venue and well run tournament too - looking forward to spending the rest of the week out there by the coast. Be sure to follow on Instagram and .

January 6. So happy to commemorate the anniversary of the day everything plunged into chaos.

Yep, it's the 18th anniversary of me becoming a parent - happy birthday to my son! This day seemed so far away from that sleepless, exhausting first night. So proud of this fine, young man and his bright future. Also very proud of myself for never dropping or losing him🤣 (and very amazed I was able to find his birth announcement after 18 years). So many pics to choose from, but the bathroom one perfectly epitomizes the complicated mischief we've had to deal with the past 18 years. Yes, this rascal can vote and get a credit card now...🤦‍♂️
