Last night, I had the pleasure of hosting a Taco Fiesta Party for our little homeowner's association. While we live right next door to each other, we don't always get a chance to do more than wave or say a quick hello. We had about 60 folks come together, share a meal, and engage in some great conversation. Thank you neighbors for taking the time to visit. Timing the market and perfect timing... -

If you ask me when it’s the best time to buy a home, I’ll likely answer “when it makes sense for you”.  If you ask me the best time to sell a home, I’ll answer just the same.  I’ve seen people try to time the market before and rarely does it work out well.
