Taking my last hours to renew my Real Estate License! 📚👩🏼💻
Fun Fact: As Realtors, we’re required to complete 18 hours of continuing education to keep our licenses active in Texas. That includes:
• ✅ 8 hours of Legal Updates
• ✅ 3 hours of Contract-related courses
• ✅ 6 hours of Broker Responsibility (if applicable)
Without these 6 hours Broker Responsibility, I already have 32 hours. 🤓 Plus there are classes that I opted out of CE hours.
