Please be aware of a SCAM going around!
The scammer will falsely advertise someone else’s rental property and require a payment to view the home or to apply before seeing it... or they will ask for the first months rent and deposit before showing up to give you the key!!! And of course, will never show.
Please do not pay anyone to view a potential rent home.
Most rent homes require an application process. The lack of some sort of application process should throw up red flags.
Also, we recommend using trustworthy sites to find a potential rent home. Sites where anyone can post anything are subject to fraud.
