Audra Rod Smith is the owner of Arrow Land & Title, LLC and is a licensed attorney in Texas practicing at her law firm, Audra Rod Smith, PLLC. Audra brings nearly 20 years of experience working in the real estate legal and title industry. During her time as an attorney she has become board certified in farm and ranch real estate law. She additionally spends a significant amount of time writing and presenting at continuing education courses for attorneys, realtors, lenders and other real estate professionals as well as landowners. Much of the past 20 years both as an attorney and other work experience have been focused on the real estate and title industry. Audra’s expertise on complex title issues and her passion for the industry led her to open Arrow Land & Title, LLC, and she is excited to expand into the industry.
Donna Knuppel is our primary escrow officer and assists with transactions from start to finish. She is the main point of contact as she handles everything from opening orders to scheduling, closing and funding a file, all with a smile on her face and the energy and knowledge to ensure a successful closing. Donna brings many years of experience with her as both an escrow officer and as a legal assistant for Audra Rod Smith, PLLC. Her diverse experience makes her a huge asset for the company. She has over 20 years of experience in the title industry, starting in data entry and advancing to her current role as an Escrow Officer with nearly 15 years of experience in that capacity.
Brenda Andel leads our escrow operations and accounting, bringing over 40 years of industry experience to our team. As a Certified Escrow Settlement Professional (CESP), she is instrumental in maintaining transaction compliance and operational efficiency. Brenda manages critical financial functions, including accounting oversight in Zoho Books, tax compliance and reporting, and vendor relations. Her dedication to meticulous file review, policy issuance, and financial reconciliations ensures that our office functions smoothly and that every client transaction is handled with the highest standards.
Shaie Sanders is our reception and intake manager for the title company. She is often the first face you see or voice you hear when reaching out and never fails to help you with a smile and kind voice. Shaie also serves as receptionist and legal assistant for Audra Rod Smith, PLLC, making her familiar with all parts of the title transactions giving her the skills to ask the right questions and guide you to the help you need. Shaie is a future lawyer herself and is soon heading into her final year of law school.
Kati Rod is our marketing and media specialist. Kati has assisted with the launch of the company by consulting with development of the business plan and creating marketing strategies. She has also created the logo and online media and utilized her photography business for headshots and marketing stock photos. Kati brings knowledge and expertise in starting up new businesses and growing them through strategic measures, and never hesitates to help brainstorm new ideas or accomplish the next goal thrown to her. Additionally, Kati is a remote staff member of Audra Rod Smith, PLLC, serving the same roles along with performing legal assistant duties, all while she prepares to start law school soon.
