This home in Placer One is still under construction—but I wanted to show the vision of where it’s headed.

When you buy new construction, you’re often making decisions before everything is complete. That’s where having guidance (and a little imagination) matters.

This is the Foresthill Bridge — one of the tallest bridges in California. It spans the North Fork of the American River and looks completely different from above.
