School attendance boundaries can be surprisingly tricky. Homes on the same street (or even next door to each other) can be assigned to different schools. And to make things even more confusing, district boundaries can be reviewed and redrawn over time as communities grow and enrollment changes.

Before you get your heart set on a home:
✔️ Verify the assigned schools directly with the school district.
✔️ Don’t rely solely on what you see in an online listing.
✔️ Reconfirm the information before closing if the school assignment is a major factor in your decision.
