"More listings? Yes. Here's a look at new listings yesterday in the Sacramento region. There were 226 new single family listings (242 including condos). This is not enough to satisfy demand, but it's still good to see more listings these past couple of months. By the way, I look at new listings on Thursday and Friday as those are typically the top days of the week. Just a random stat. Good luck out there buyers. I hope you find what you're looking for."
